St Padarn
Padarn was born in the late 5th century in Brittany. His parents were devout Christians and Padarn decided to devote himself to a life of prayer and fasting. (more…)
St Erfyl was an early Welsh saint (4th century) who founded a church at Llanerfyl in Powys, she is believed to have been buried beneath an inscribed stone in the churchyard. A holy well formerly stood next to the church. Very little knowledge of her life has passed on to the present day. She is celebrated on July 5 .
